02 — Landing page
keyframe.art
A beautiful, film-first page that never quite says what Keyframe is, who it is for, or how to start.
11 issues · 4 things that work · desktop 1440 and mobile 390
02.A — Page walk
Top to bottom, desktop 1440#
The film-first craft is strong. What is missing is everything that turns a visitor into a user: a sentence of positioning, a start button, proof, and price.
- Issue · High
The headline is a category label
'The Creative Studio for AI Video' is almost LTX Studio's page title. No subhead says who it is for or what comes out, and the hero has no CTA — only a scroll arrow.
- Issue · High
The only CTA is for existing users
'Go to App' reads as a door for people who already have an account. No 'Start free', no Log in / Sign up split, no Pricing. Discord gets equal weight with the product.
- Works
The promise becomes concrete
A rotating word plus a real prompt next to its film shows what the product does. Add 'Try this prompt' to drop visitors straight into Quick Start with it pre-filled.
- Issue · Medium
Three modes before one success story
Canvas / Quickstart / Templates are internal nouns. A first-time visitor needs one path and proof it works. Playground and Fashion Studio — two of the five app areas — never appear.
- Issue · Medium
Great films, zero credits
Nine films with no creator, brand, runtime or cost. Uncredited reels read as house demos; credit them and say how long each took to make.
- Issue · High
The differentiator sits at 60% scroll depth
Characters → locations → shots → film is the clearest explanation of consistency, Keyframe's real wedge. It belongs on the second screen.
- Issue · Low
Step 04 shows the graph, not the film
The node-graph thumbnail is unreadable at this size. Show the timeline and the exported film — that is the payoff.
- Issue · High
The first sign-up button is ~6,900px down
'Try Keyframe' is the first explicit start CTA on the page. Repeat it in the hero and after each proof section.
- Issue · Low
The footer is a dead end
No pricing, changelog, docs, careers or contact. The legal entity 'Crewdo AI Inc.' appears with no explanation.
- Works
Three chapters exist in the live HTML, switched off
Canvas, Quickstart and Templates sections ship with display:none. They hold the best lines on the site and a node mock that shows per-node costs.
- Works
This is the hero line
Four words that say input, output and speed. Lead with it.
- Issue · Medium
The Templates chapter still has placeholder media
Gradient placeholders instead of real outputs — probably why it was hidden. Fill it with real template films and ship.
- Issue · Medium
The floating nav covers copy
The Discord / Go to App pills float over section text while scrolling, with no backdrop.
- Issue · Medium
No CTA on mobile either
The first tap target in the hero is a scroll arrow.
- Works
The app works on a phone, before sign-in
Visitors can type a prompt before creating an account — rare in this category. Link to it from the hero.
Proposed hero
Copy direction, not final#
What the first viewport could say — the hero line already exists on the site, hidden.

AI film studio
Script in. Film out.
Keyframe turns a one-line idea into a storyboarded film that stays consistent — same characters, same sets, every shot. Then edit any step on a node canvas.
- · credited films (creator · brand · runtime)
- · every model — Veo 3.1, Kling 3, Seedance 2, Sora 2
- · failed generations cost nothing
Proposed hero — copy direction, not final.

Heroes and pricing that convert#
Reference sites for the hero rewrite and for credits-as-outcomes pricing. Each card names the Keyframe issue it answers.
